Periods not stopping

I was having periods since 13 days i took meprate for 7 days two tablets per day. They stopped but again started after 3-4 days of stopping meprate. Plz suggest me a medicine to stop them as m out of town and cannot meet my gynaec.

Meprate is a harmone if you stop you will bleed..take meprate 10 mg twice a day for three weeks.. Do not stop in between
