I got married before four months I have uterine fibroids one in posterior wall of uterus with 54 ×42 mm size and the other is with 27 ×22mm size I'm using fibristal5mg tablets with doctor prescription but this month I missed my period by using fibristal5mg tablets periods not came what's the reason pls give me some advice sir/madam

Ulipristal (fibristal) is a selective progesterone receptor modulator drug given 5mg daily once for 3month continuously. Given in two such courses. It's given to shrink the size of the fibroids. Once you stop the medication you will get your periods back and then you may be started on your second course according to the need. So rest assured because you will not have periods when you using this tablet and it's totally normal.
