Hi, I had missed my periods this month. I'm late by 10 days and had done pregnancy test also. The result is negative. I had a cesarean delivery six months ago. Can anyone please help me with this.

Periods may be irregular when breastfeeding... Wait for 10 days for spontaneous periods If not repeat pregnancy test and u can take tablets to get periods.
