Hello, my friend suffering periods missing problem I have doing urine pregnancy test and it's postive. How to recovery the periods.

She will have to visit a gynaecologist for termination of pregnancy (abortion). If it is early pregnancy, it can be managed with pills otherwise she will have to undergo surgery.
