Periods delayed more than 14 days

Hello doctor I am facing issued regarding my perioD's delay. Generally it comes near 10 of month Like last was on 10 march But this month till now it is not happened yet. I tried 3 time pregnancy test,, but it is also coming negative,, last test done on 20 april. Kindly guide what to do,, as feeling mild fever and can't decide to take medicine. Thanks
