I had no periods for last 60 days and had regestrone 5 tablets.. its been 9 days I stopped the medicine and I dint have my periods.. and I am not pregnant as I'm not sexually active.. I have pcos and still regstrone wouldn't react?

Please nothing to worry. But at the same time we cannot neglect the health issue are facing and it's better to contact any lady gynecologist and go to the clinical examination and try to get the investigations to avoid further complications and please go along with your parents.
