Periods delay

My periods is late by 8days.. I have also done pregnancy test but it was negative. What could be the reason for delay and any medicine to get periods

Sometimes it may get delayed due to stress. If pregnancy test is negative you can take tablets for withdrawal bleeding.

Period delay may be due to stress ,hormonal imbalance or pregnancy..if pregnancy test is negative then u should rule out with other two,.. wait for a week &repeat pregnancy test,if it is negative again u can take a tablet for withdrawal bleeding

Wait ,may be due to hormonal imbalance no medicine is suggested except to avoid anxiety worries over work load etc
