Hi i am mother of 2.5 yr old baby girl. She is still taking my feed. Earlier she was exclusively breastfed by me.my periods start after 1 yeae of delivery.periods were not regular before my pregnancy also as i had pcod. Now prriods come but every month 15 days late. When dey will be ar right time. What should i do to make dem regular. Abi baby ko breastfeeding stop karne ke baad regular honge kya?

Hi,  it can get regular sometimes when you stop breastfeeding, do regular exercise n you have to get few investigations done to rule out pcod.have a good day

You should stop breastfeeding now For regular periods which r irregular due to PCOD, you can take oral contraceptives pills
