Last month after having a pill i had my period twice in a 21 day cycle which I usually don't and now I'm having cramps but no period. I don't even know when to expect my next period. Also can someone being a virgin get pregnant but ejaculation on stomach?

The delay in periods is common after taking i-pill. Wait for a week time and still if you do not get period, you should visit a gynecologist to find the reason for delay. Regarding second part of your question, please note that to get pregnancy sperm has to meet the egg. there is no other possibility.
