Hemithyroidectomy done on 7th may. After that my period will come normal or not? Why it is late? Does one side of thyroid works properly?

Yes your periods will come normally. It could be late because surgery is a stress in itself.  One side of thyroid is enough to maintain thyroid function in 80% of patients after hemithyroidectomy.
Next Steps
just wait
