Periods after endo TB test

We have done endo TB Culture /Endometrial biopsy test to diagnose continuous missed abortion 23rd day after periods, bleeding was there for 2 days. The next period suppose to come by 28 to 30th day has not come yet. Is it common as the bleeding happened during test. When the periods will become regular

It’s possible periods are delayed due to intermittent bleeding..
