Periods after abortion??

I had abortion pill on 25th june and started bleeding same day till 10th july. After that i check with pregnancy check kit it was negative. Now its 29th july i am again started periods/bleeding. Is it fine to bleed this time??is it monthly periods or something wrong?? Pls advice? When we get our first periods after 1st day of abortion bleeding??
