If she s hvng menorrhagia causes cn be many from fibroids , thyroid disorders, perimenopausal hormonal changes , polyps etc. Get an ultrasound pelvis done as baseline for uterus , adnexae and endometrial thickness. Consult a gynaecologist fir further management
