Hi. I am receiving fertility treatment in which egg is formed after taking Letrozole (22mm) on 24 Jul. I have received hcg 5000 injection to release the egg and was advised by doctor to eat Duphaston 10mg twice a day from 28th to 6th Aug. I have taken pregnancy test on 7th August and it negative. I have been asked to take Duphaston for 5 days. When can I get my period if I am not pregnant? Can Duphaston cause delay in period?

Duphaston will not harm your pregnancy if you are pregnant. If you are not pregnant, after 5 days of taking duphaston you will have your periods
