Period to use Cicatri Scar Reduction crm

Hi, I met with an accident 6 months before and I got Laceration wound below my nose and had stitches for that. I consulted the dermatologist and given with Cicatrix Scar reducing cream for scare reduction.. I have been using it for six months. there is significant improvement in the scar. Bt still the mark is there, Can I continue to use the same cream? Or do I need to stop using it? Please suggest.
