I am 29 years old my period came on 12 December after that not came in January. Few time feeling pain in stomach like period but not came my period . Plz. tell me why it's happening.

Causes of delayed periods can be medication , pregnancy , stress , anxiety ,pcos , hormonal imbalance ,thyroid disorders etc. Do a urine pregnancy test and an ultrasound as initial investigation
