My periods have changed from seven days to four day bleeds my stomach looks pregnant I've done a few cheap test which say negative what's happening

hello there if ur pregnancy test says negative don't worry, also regarding your menses being reduced from 7 to 4 days and your abdomen bloating plz check ur weight it may be one cause and to be on the safe side you can do an ultrasound
