It’s just a question. I have missed my period for about over a week I have took a couple pregnancy tests but are coming back negative I am experiences tiredness, feeling bloated and urinating a lot.

Confirm by blood test.It is Bhcg and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist or me through practo.
