After a abortion one month ago, again next month I have heavy bleeding during my period. How to overcome weakness during period.please suggest me.

Confirmation of completion of abortion was done ? By ultrasound . If yes than start iron and multivitamins with doctors prescription. And if confirmation of completion of abortion was not done , get ultrasound done.
