Irregular periods could be due to number of reason and because of it you may also have anaemia and some Harmonal changes due may be PCOD or thyroid or any other Harmonal problem it is better to have a consultation with a gynaecologist and in her advise go for USG pelvis and abdomen and blood test for Harmons and sugar and CBC
