Period not coming
I have last period date is 13th Jan 2020. Last 3 months I am not coming the period. And I have already check a pregnancy test. I am not pregnant. So plz suggest what can I do. Plz, suggest and tablet. When I check the YouTube regarding the same so I found when I will take ginger and hot water after that period, will come. so plz suggest. This is helpful or not.

Is this the first time your periods are late? Or you have on and off history of irregular periods.
Most common causes of late periods are
Pregnancy ( you already checked, it is negative)
Hormonal imbalance ( thyroid, prolactin, PCOS)
Residual ovarian cyst ( sonography will be required)
Use of Ipill ( emergency contraception)
Evaluation is needed to pin point a diagnosis and then treat it.
It's been more than 2 months, you should visit your doctor for further evaluation and appropriate treatment.
