Last month me and my wife had physical intimation with each other but I haven't excreted my sperm in her vagina. But she is missing her periods this month and her menstrual cycle has not yet arrived. What are the chances of getting pregnant? And if not what is the cause and remedy to it. Please prescribe accordingly. Thank You.

Sir, if your wife has missed her cycle for more than a wk , get her to do pregnancy test available at all pharmacy . If negative , give her Tab Regestrone 5mg one tab two times a day for 5 days . She will get her periods after 3-4 days .
