Hi , It has been 7 days since my period cycle missed but when I am testing using pregnancy test strips it shows negative. Apart from this I am feeling weakness and also felt spotting 3 times in lst 7 days. Also sore nipples and cramping on stomach. Please suggest if I should go for blood test or should wait more? Is there anything to worry? Thanks
