I have 25 days cycle.on 1st august got spotting for 3days after that heavy bleeding.again August 22 I got spotting.i thought my period came but that was only spotting.i did upt on 27 which was negative.i consult dr c advised me for ultrasound nd tshprolactin.c prescribed me regestone tablet for 28 days.in ultrasound report 26mm intramural fibroid in uterus nd 28mm follicles found in right overy.prolactin nd tsh normal.i m taking eltroxin 50 mg for thyroid.bt from 27 august I m taking regestrone tablet bt still when I pass urine little black spotting came 2 times in whole day.and mild pain in lower abdomen.m trying for post pregnancy.what to do?
