Asked for Female, 30 Years

I had my last period on 25th january and it goes on till 30th january..in between on 2nd i had an unprotected sex and took an i pill within 48 hrs.on 12th february i found black spots..and it's all black it doesnt turned red..i am worried..can u please tell me what could be the cause of this black stains?
