Does getting period/bleeding on expected time (1 month after last menstrual cycle)for 4 to 5 days with good flow after unwanted 72 means that pregnancy is out of question now?

Periods on time with good flow rules out pregnancy.... However there hav been instances of conception and period like bleeding ...... (Unwanted 72 withdrawal bleeding and menstrual disruption can be confusing)  U need a follow up advice in case of any further abnormal discharge or bleeding episode.
