Bulky anteverted uterus demonstrated measuring approx 109 x 68 x 69 mm. No focal fibroids seen. The endometrium measures 14.6 mm in maximum diameter. Within the cavity towards the fundus there appears to be a 10 x 10 mm hyperechoic focus which demonstrates vascularity on colour doppler. Appearances suggest an endometrial polyp.
