Sir I am suffering from periformis syndrome since last 2year .I saw physiotherapy doctor who prefer exercise . and medicine but not improve my symptoms sir symptoms of that syndrome is that 1pain in right buttock and thigh and then pain goes into lower limb .I feel tingling and burning sensation in lower limb please give right suggestion

Kindly do the MRI LS spine. Your symptoms mostly looks like Lumbar canal stenosis. May be disc prolapse also. So evaluate first with MRI.
