Hi I am facing a problem on my penus I am having pain and tear when i role my forskin of my penies it only started one month ago i can roll down my penus skin easly when it is not erected and i cant roll down it when it is erected if i try harder it will come down but will have pain and tear on my penus skin i feel like my skin is too dry i usually washes my penus after my urinayion even though the white substance under the skin of my penus has increased now a days also i have white patches
