Hello Sir i am 35 year old and from last 1 week i feel that during sex my pennis is not tight it loose during sex. I am very affraid please help. Currently i am using pentoci L medicine (pentoprazol and livospirin) feom last 6 month . Can medicne give side effect or what. Please help me please.

Have good sleep,  do exercise & yoga daily for 1 hour. Take hot milk 1 glass morning & evening. Avoid spicy..chilli...and fried food Take Tab. Manmath Ras.... Tab.. Pushp dhanva Ras  ... and Tab pooranchndra ras  one tab. each morning & evening for 3 months...with hot milk..
