35 week, low baby weight

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Today my wife met docter. She is with 35 weeks pregnant. Baby weight is 2 kg. Docter said that baby is low in weight, and we need to do C section before the due date. Docter did not spend time to consult fully. Please let me know what should i need to do.
