When iam going to toilet every morning my skin is backing to release the toilet some white layer on my pennies..iam washing daily with water..Every day morning it happens and I wash..What's that reason ? Iam not married..Age 26..male

It probably is smegma. You just have to retract the foreskin and clean  well and keep it dry.
