I have penis yeast infection . Due to this problem i am not going to do intercourse , my head of the penis skin is badly affected and crack .

Do not leave this conditiin as such consult a general physician for your further evaluation and treatment. Mean while you need to maintain you hygiene and wash it with cokd clean water and after washing it with anti septic solution which is diluted in water and wipe it dry without leaving any wetness.
