My penis vein is not looking good. I don't know whether it is a lump or swelling but it is now clearly visible. It also feels tight and hard but other viens are completely normal. Only a very small part of my vein is hard and it's size is bigger than rest part of the vien .I can feel that lump easily when I gently put my finger on it. Only that vien is looking different. I don't know what it is but I am very afraid of this.
