Sir I'm 15 and I have a few stains like brown spots on my penis tip not infectious or harmful or itchy or anyhting ...I'm just insecure about them...when erect the brown spots slowly tend to disappear but not fully..it's the lightest brown colour and he spots are too not that brown..is it just because of more melanin or something else!? I guess others have a pink meatus but I have a bit darker in meatus and tip
