My foreskin stretches beyond the penis crown when flaccid; however, when it's erect, it doesn't move beyond the crown when erect. I feel tightness around the ridged band and the frenulum when I try to pull it down. I visited urologist twice, but both without observing the area asked me to circumcise without even properly examining it. Hence,I'm posting my query here. Can the foreskin tightness be correct without removal of foreskin like frenuloplasty or something similar . I also have zoon Balanitis, as diagnosed by 2 dermatologists. Awaiting your views. Thanks.
