I have been faving the issue quite often now. While I masturbate the penis becomes little red and I can feel the itchiness. After I masturbate my penis gets swollen. The penis though comes in its regular shape 2-3 hours later. I am bit worried. Is it serious. Should I consult someone?

Dear patient, What you are describing seems to be balanitis. It may arise due to any sexual contact suffering from any bacterial or fungal infection , or any unhygienic condition in your private parts or even due to too much of sweet consumption or alcohol. Lot many factors are there but to pin point you need to consult a doctor directly.
