Penis stretching problem
Hi, I used to mastrobate way to much and everytime I did my penis would hurt and it seemed to be stretching the skin. Now right below the head on the right side the skin is very stretched out. Due to this it looks very weird and my penis hangs far to the left.

When you masturbate forcefully, despite not having the need or interest , you will possibly hurt yourself. Stretching of the skin may be also a result of it.
However, penis tilting to the left is not due to this. It happens naturally to a vast majority of men because the left testis (usually) hangs lower than the right. The penis naturally settles into the resulting space, and over the years, develops a tilt to the left.
