Dear sir, When my penis get erected while masturbating or naturally, the penis skin does nit get retracted behind due to which the red portion remains hidden. I have tried to pull it back myself but still the skin does not move even a millimeter. When the penis is not erect, then the skin goes behind but a sensation takes place as soon as the red portion gets touched with skin of my body. Kindly provide some solution to this as I am about to get married soon as I think that this will not allow me to have sex with my wife.
