My penis size is 8 cm when it erected and in flaccid it is 3 to 4 cm . Is it normal in size ? I am 17 years now . It is possible that my penis size will increase in after 3 to 5 years ? pls say doctor . And hormon theraphy is helful to increase penis size ?
