Penis size cannot be increased or decreased without surgery. Dont fall for spams and quacks that promise increase in penis size and girth by using medicines and oils. Nothing works. A penis size of 3.5 inches when erect is normal and average and is sufficient enuf for having sex and satisfying your women.
