Am 19 Years Old..And My Penis is Just 4inches When its erect..i counsulted with a doctor..he said its harmonal imbalance and the size cannot be changed..i dont know what to do..should i tell my parents about this?please help me..

Yes the size cannot be increased. Visit an endocrinologist if there's hormonal Imbalance also the size of 4" when erect is average and u don't need to worry about it. However its better that u get yourself checked for any hormonal Imbalance by an endocrinologist for further treatment if needed.
