My penis is shrinking day in day out and I want you to help me because my wife doesn't respect me anymore. I also have divided urine and this has happened for long please help me out

Better to consult with a Urologist either physically or by online. You would need some tests. Better do a Uroflowmetry and post void residual urine assessment. Take a photograph of erected penis when it happens to show to the Urologist. You might require some medication for a brief while
