Penis shaft swollen ballon like inside

Dear Dr, for the first time, penis shaft swollen..balloon like under my penis foreskin behind the head inside. Today morning when I went for urination it was fine but after few mins it got shaft swollen inflated baloon like from inside. There is no pain, I can retract my foreskin behind the head also I can urinate normally. Please suggest me what do I do. I am sharing the pic. Do keep my penis in warm/cold water? Do I take AF 400 tablet? Do I apply oil or Zydip C cream? Please help.
