Yesterday i(male) had unprotected sex with my partner(female) and i did not release the sperm inside the vagina instead i forcefully stopped it by pressing the penis tightly and i think it caused a swelling in my penis and the sperm is still stuck inside it and now its itching and feels like buring, what should i do? please help me ASAP if anyone is listening
