When I am pouring urine I am getting pain.. It's have been since one week, is there any solution for that

Stay hydrated. Get urine culture and routine testing done. Get Ultrasound KUB done. Most likely you have an infection. These investigations will help us to find the cause of your symptoms and help us to prevent it from happening again. Wish you good health buddy.
