For the past few days I've been getting this feeling that pee is coming out my penis and also every time I get an erection a lot of clear sticky liquid comes out my penis

The sticky liquid coming out of penis is called "Precum" secreated by Cowper glands and is a prepatory lubricant for semen. It may contain few sperms.

Reassure yourself. it is harmless secretion on sexual excitement. But can cause pregnancy esp if practicing coitus interruptus.
