Feeling some obstruction while urinating at the start without any pain and burning sensation.it is more at the climax of intercourse and while urinating after intercourse.underwent cystoscopy but not found any caliculi inside urethra. Feeling some lump like nodes at inside the mid of penis shaft and at the tip of the penis when I touch physically.pls help me
