First i got fever, i was taking dolo, suddenly smegma accumulated, i did not had this problem even once. I have been cleaning with mild soap and warm water for 3 days Now i am just able to pull only partial foreskin  and its irritating while urinating also smegma is not completely gone.. Should i consult urologist or can treat in home? If its infection do not know if its bacterial or fungal. i had fever once like this i had ear fungal infection, can i take same medication like augmentin and novalgin? Or is it better to contact urologist?
