I have not been ejaculating for few days and am trying to reduce and finally stop masterbation. But what i have done is stroked my penis until it became hard and then left and did not ejaculate. From3-4 days i have pain in the penis the muscle and so before urinating i have slight pain that goes to thr scortum a bit. Also i had Irritable bowel syndrome few days back so i had hard time pooping. So this penis pain could be the reason for what??. Is it serious?
